Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days. If a shipment is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and provide a replacement or refund if confirmed.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled by the customer. If an order is canceled by the store, any debited amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days.
