All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout before payment. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount, which will be communicated on the website.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment through the courier partner's website.

6. Courier Partners

We work with reputed courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. The courier partner is selected based on your delivery location and availability.

7. Undelivered or Lost Shipments

If a shipment is marked undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges may apply. If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will issue a replacement or full refund after investigation with the courier partner.

8. Damaged During Shipping

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take a video or photos at the time of delivery and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Vanta The Posh is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
