Return & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

Vanta The Posh maintains a limited return and refund policy to ensure quality control and hygiene standards for all products. Returns are only allowed for eligible cases and must be explicitly approved by our team.

Order Cancellation: Please note that once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be canceled by the customer. If an order is canceled by the store, any amount debited from your account will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days.

2. Eligible Cases for Return / Replacement

Returns or replacements will only be considered under the following conditions:

Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof (images or video) to our WhatsApp support number (you may also optionally report the same to our support email).

Return Processing Fee: There is no return fee applicable on eligible returned orders. You will receive a 100% full refund of your order amount.

If your account is debited but the transaction fails, the amount will be automatically refunded. As per Razorpay guidelines, refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days.

5. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If an order is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue. If confirmed lost, a replacement or refund will be issued.
